Job Requirements

Successful candidate requirements:

•Task oriented to assist Project Managers and Project Engineers with land development engineering projects.
•Strong design capabilities and will be able to work effectively and efficiently in the CAD Civil 3D environment and will work closely with Project Engineers to research local design standards; drainage, grading, utility and street design; prepare CAD documents and plans; and various other duties, as assigned.
•Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, including:?Alignments
?Street design
?Cross sections
?Profiles by surface and layout
?Pipe Networks
?Assemblies for Single Family Development Grading
?Feature lines
?Surface creation by points, contours and corridors
?Grading Objects & Feature lines

•Associate's or technical degree in CAD or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 5+ years of experience using CAD in a professional setting.
•Good communication, problem solving and analytical skills.

**Must be legally authorized to work in the United States**
