We are currently seeking a Senior Drainage Engineer for our Jacksonville, FL office. This position would be responsible for project management, drainage analysis, design, and production, bridge hydraulic analysis, and environmental permitting, in accordance with FDOT, local municipality and local drainage district standards, criteria, and accepted practices. Additional responsibilities would include leading and assisting in marketing and proposal efforts, working on a variety of projects with different clients and mentoring and training junior engineers and engineer interns.

Job Requirements

|
Education, training, experience:
|
|
Requirements:
- Requires an accredited Bachelors of Engineering degree.
- Requires an active, good-standing Professional Engineering license from the State of Florida.
- Requires 12-15 years prior work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required for use in completing assignments.
- Advanced knowledge of ASAD, AdICPR, HEC-RAS, and other relevant hydrology and hydraulic software.
- Advanced level of technical writing and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microstation, Geopak, and Geopak Drainage experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Project Management, Marketing, and Team-Building principles
