Ware Malcomb is hiring a Surveying Manager in our Denver civil engineering office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Manage and coordinate survey projects from inception to completion
-Prepare and provide estimates and proposals for surveying projects, including legal descriptions, boundary surveys, ALTA Title surveys, topographic surveys, subdivision plats, and annexation maps.
-Coordinate project schedules and set priorities for office and field personnel
-Point of contact with clients providing updates on schedules and responding to questions
-May prepare and review as-built surveys and construction plans, subdivision plats, legal descriptions and exhibits
-May perform deed research, deed plotting and map checks
-Actively participate in business development activities
-Supervise CAD technicians

Job Requirements

Spacer Image
Required Experience - Education and Skills:

-Registered Public Land Surveyor in Colorado (PLS)
-6+ years’ experience practicing land surveying in the field and/or office
-Degree or certificate in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field
-Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
-Demonstrate a basic understanding surveying procedures and practices
-Proficient in reading and interpreting civil construction plans

**Must be legally authorized to work in the United States**
