The incumbent assists with the development of project scopes, budgets, and schedules for contract development. Coordinates with other divisions and sub-consultants to allocate project scope and develop budget and schedule proposals. Designs and guides the implementation of construction plans and specifications. Develops and/or assists in the development of various preliminary engineering studies.
