Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity in our Newark, NJ office for a Civil Engineering Senior Project Manager.
Ware Malcomb Civil Engineering assists private and public clients on a broad range of commercial and residential development projects that improve and enhance communities.
Senior Project Managers are responsible for leading and managing multiple site development projects entirely from start to finish including budgeting, scheduling, contract document preparation, design calculations and construction administration services. You will also be responsible for mentoring and training of support staff as well as working with consultant teams, assisting the Principal/Director with marketing of new and existing clients, and the financial success of all projects.

The preferred qualifications for a Senior Project Manager are:
-Minimum of 10 year of experience working within the Civil Engineering field, specifically within land development / site development
-Bachelor’s Degree in a Civil Engineering or related program
-A PE (Professional Engineering) license
-Experience in the use of AutoCAD and Civil 3D is preferred.
-Word and Excel skills
-Strong written and verbal skills including public speaking
