Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity in our Phoenix office for a Civil Engineering Project Manager!

Project Managers are responsible for managing multiple site development projects entirely from start to finish including budgeting, scheduling, contract document preparation, design calculations, code searches and construction administration services.   You will also be responsible for mentoring and training assigned staff and working with the consultant teams.

Job Requirements


The preferred qualifications for a Project Manager are:

Bachelor’s Degree in a Civil Engineering or related program
A PE (Professional Engineering) license in AZ
5+ years of experience working on Land Development projects 
Civil 3D skills 
AutoCAD, Word and Excel skills
Strong written and verbal skills including public speaking
